SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of water treatment by electrochemical methods, namely to a method of controlling content of hydrogen peroxide in activated water in process of its obtaining by action of plasma of water vapor on water solution of electrolyte. Invention can be used in agriculture for seeds treatment and watering of plants. Disclosed is a method of producing a hydrogen peroxide solution with the required concentration to stimulate growth of plant seeds, including control of content of hydrogen peroxide in activated water in process of its obtaining by action of plasma of water vapor on water solution of electrolyte with simultaneous determination of amount of released hydrogen by means of installed sensor with calibration graph, binding amount of released hydrogen with concentration of hydrogen peroxide in activated water, and adding water to content of hydrogen peroxide in solution of 5⋅10-7 M up to 5⋅10-5 M.

EFFECT: disclosed method allows to increase growth of plant seeds.
