SUBSTANCE: invention relates to growth and development regulators in plants. Agent for stimulation of chlorophyll formation during development of higher plants includes aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution in concentrations 5·10-5 to 1·10-3 mol (1.7·10-3 to 3.4·10-2 g/l). Above-ground surfaces of plants are treated with aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution.
EFFECT: invention enables realisation its specified purpose.
