FIELD: building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of building, namely, to production of building materials, and can be used at enterprises of the building industry for producing vibropressed concrete building products by the semi-dry pressing method and by using waste of rejected concrete products, creating a closed cycle of production of building structures applied, for instance, for paving sidewalks, pedestrian and landscape paths, pedestrian squares and public transport loading sites. The method includes preparing the components of a concrete mixture, sorting and storing of fillers in hoppers, including an inert material, supplying the components of the concrete mixture, including a binder and the inert material, into dosing apparatuses, wherefrom the components are portioned into concrete mixers for the main and face layer, wherein the concrete mixture is prepared. The concrete mixture is supplied into the moulds of the vibropressing equipment to mould products, and the resulting products undergo quality control. Portland cement is therein used as a binder, and the method is associated with the possibility of processing defective concrete products as part of the main production process, wherefor rejected concrete products are sent for recycling after the quality compliance verification. The defective concrete products are destroyed and brought to a state of a lumpy mass by loading into a receiver. The concrete product waste is then loosened to a homogeneous mass, mixed by a screw conveyor and moved to a weighing conveyor to be supplied into the inert materials dosing apparatus. The weight of the returned waste is estimated, the inert materials from the hopper are added thereto by weight, and the resulting total volume of inert materials is supplied into at least one of the concrete mixers in order to prepare the concrete mixture for the main layer and then into the moulds of the vibropressing equipment in order to mould products.
EFFECT: increase in the productivity, efficiency, and environmental sustainability of production.
