FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: system for controlling liquid (10``) flow rate contains an authentication device and a flow meter for liquid dosing. The flow meter for liquid dosing contains processor (40) and storage device (38). The authentication device is made with the possibility of providing user’s identification data to processor (40). Processor (40) is made with the possibility of issuing approved users’ identifiers from storage device (38) in order to compare approved users’ identifiers with user’s identification data received from authenticator (16) to control regulation mechanism (24) of a starting device between an activated state and an inactivated state based on the comparison of user’s identification data and approved users’ identifiers. A method for granting permission for liquid dosing is also proposed.

EFFECT: wireless transmission and reception of information on the flow meter and level in the tank are provided to simplify tracking liquid dosing on the entire object, its use is simplified, and ease of use is increased.
