SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining, oil and gas production, in particular to devices for the repair and maintenance of oil and gas wells, and can also be used in wells with low reservoir pressure. The reusable equalizing valve contains a housing with by-pass openings, a stem with a central channel located in the housing with the possibility of axial movement, a spring that fixes the stem in the extreme position. There is a groove in the valve body and at least one channel communicating the groove with a space under the valve. Seal packings are made above and below the groove in the housing, the lower part of the stem is made blind, at least one hole is made in the stem wall, which in the lower position of the stem is located at the level of the groove of the housing and connects the groove and the channel of the housing with the central channel of the stem. At least two bypass openings in the housing are made at different heights. The lower bypass opening is located under the lower seal packing. The upper bypass opening is located above the upper seal packing. The spring is made with one side resting on the protrusion of the hollow stem, and the other side on the inside of the housing.

EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of the reusable equalizing valve to ensure accelerated deactivation of downhole equipment fixed in the well.
