FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy, namely to a steel part with a coating hardened under pressure, having a TS tensile strength in the range of 1400-2000 MPa and a threshold of resistance to delayed destruction σDF, which is σDF≥3×1016×TS-4.345+100, and the coating contains Fex-Aly intermetallic compounds formed as a result of the diffusion of iron into a pre-coating formed by aluminum, or an aluminum-based alloy, or an aluminum alloy. The part is made of steel having a chemical composition, wt. %: 0.16≤C≤0.42, 0.1≤Mn≤3, 0.07≤Si≤1.60, 0.002≤Al≤0.070, 0.02≤Cr≤1.0, 0.0005≤B≤0.005, 0.002≤Mg≤0.007, 0.002≤Ti≤0.11, 0.0008≤O≤0.005, where (Ti)×(O)2×107≤2, 0.001≤N≤0.007, 0.001≤S≤0.005, 0.001≤P≤0.025, and optionally one or more elements selected from: 0.005≤Ni≤0.23 and 0.005≤Nb≤0.060, the rest is iron and unavoidable impurities. The part has a microstructure containing at least 95% martensite.
EFFECT: part has a high tensile strength and a threshold of resistance to delayed destruction.
