FIELD: producing coated steel part.
SUBSTANCE: method includes the following steps: A) providing a steel sheet for heat treatment, B) pre-coating to prevent hydrogen absorption by a chromium-containing and nickel-free steel sheet with a thickness of 10-550 nm, C) cutting a steel sheet with said coating to obtain a workpiece, D) carrying out heat treatment of workpieces at oven temperature 800-970°C, with exposure time of 1-12 minutes, in an atmosphere with an oxidizing power equal to or greater than that of an atmosphere containing 1 vol.% oxygen and equal to or lower than that of an atmosphere containing 50 vol.% oxygen, and such an atmosphere has a dew point from -30 to +30°C, E) moving the workpiece into the mould, F) hot forming the workpiece at a temperature of 600-830°C to obtain a part, G) cooling the part obtained in step E) to obtain a steel microstructure that is martensitic.
EFFECT: creating a part with suitable resistance to delayed fracture.
