SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, namely to rechargeable chemical current sources, such as galvanic cells, for example high-power galvanic cells, or fast-charged capacitors and supercapacitors, in particular to the improvement of electrolytes for these chemical current sources. An electrolyte based on a nitrile solvent contains at least NaClO4 salt, while the total molar concentration of electrolyte salts is more than 2 M and less than or equal to 3.5 M. At any stage of charging the chemical current source, the specified electrolyte salt has a high molar concentration, even in a discharged state. High-concentrated salts are disclosed in the invention, which have high ionic electroconductivity and maintain a high voltage range.

EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of an electrolyte due to an increase in ionic conductivity of a solution of the electrolyte and salt.
