SUBSTANCE: invention relates to personal or household devices for meeting human needs and can be used to hold a roll of polyethylene tape with an adhesive layer in a paper-based roll, used as a replaceable block of a brush-roller for cleaning clothes, by smoothly rolling the adhesive layer of polyethylene tape over the surface clothes. The proposed holder for a roll of polyethylene tape with an adhesive layer is made in the form of a cylindrical device corresponding in shape to the inner part of a roll of polyethylene tape with an adhesive layer, containing an outer part and a base, structurally made with the possibility of turning the outer part relative to the base. In this case, the outer part of the holder is formed by a cylindrical surface with inner protrusions on the sides, between which and the inner surface of the outer part, there are edges of the base with mounting holes for rollers, which rest on the inner surface of the outer part. Moreover, at least 3 rollers equidistant from each other and from the center of the base are made.
EFFECT: ensuring a secure hold of the holder on several fingers and a hand with smooth rolling of the adhesive layer of the tape over the surface of the clothes and unimpeded peeling of a part of the tape from the polyethylene base and wrapping it around the roll in the direction of peeling off and connecting it with the sticky layer.
