SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to adhesive plasters or dressings and methods for their manufacture. The ulcer patch includes a patch with two paper elements pasted on it. The ulcer patch has a hat shape and consists of a cap without a bottom with a wall thickness of 1-4 mm, an internal cavity height of 4-10 mm and margins in the form of a film 0.2-0.5 mm thick. A hole is made in the lid of the cap. The permissible shape of the cap on a horizontal slice is round, oval, triangular, square, rectangular, polygonal and forming more complex shapes. The permissible shape of the fields in the top view is round, oval, triangular, square, rectangular, polygonal, dumbbell-shaped, closed wave shape. Two rectangular paper elements are glued to the lower surfaces of the fields covered with glue, offset relative to each other in width by the amount of the upper paper element bending or a smaller width so that they do not touch at the point of overlap with the adhesive layer, with the possibility of removing the paper elements before installing the cap fields down over the ulcer, wound, corn, lubricated with bactericidal ointment. The first method for manufacturing the ulcer patch includes the dosage of the material poured into the lower half-mold, molding by pressing two half-molds, gluing paper elements on the fields, packing the ulcer patch in a container. The second method for making an ulcer patch involves printing an ulcer on a 3D printer, pasting paper elements on it with a manipulator, packing the ulcer patch in a container.

EFFECT: improved bactericidal patch is provided, which does not stick to the wound and is made with the possibility of automatic conveyor manufacturing of the ulcer patch with minimal human involvement.
