FIELD: machine building; textile and paper.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to paper tubes production machine containing paper web feed direction guide, having plurality of cut grooves; and paper web folding and paper web into paper tube conversion device, wherein paper web folding device comprises setting tape, tube making section and applicator. During paper tape from paper web feeding tube making section continuously forms paper tube, using setting tape, at same time keeping paper web inner surface in free state, and paper tube has overlapping section, wherein paper web both side edges are overlapping. Meanwhile applicator applies glue onto paper web one edge to form overlapping section for paper web both edges connection at overlapping section.
EFFECT: due to availability of grooves continuous and stable formation of tube is provided, without deterioration of stiffness in radial and axial directions, without use of flexible strip.
