FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: anti-ram barrier consists of main (power) and auxiliary structure elements. The main elements are steel ropes, pins and supports, forming a single closed power system with a foundation. The auxiliary elements include a boom, a frame, a counterweight, an electric drive and a casing. The boom is made in the form of a truss made of steel closed rectangular profiles. At both ends of the boom there are pins made in the form of cylinders from high-strength steel. Inside the upper and the lower belts of the truss, steel ropes pass, bending around the pins, forming a closed system. The boom is clamped with the shank in one of the counterweight assemblies, forming a sliding seal with it. The boom and the counterweight are balanced on an axis mounted on the frame, with the possibility of moving the boom in the vertical plane by means of an electric drive. The supports are represented by box-section racks, each of which is formed by two paired I-bars. The bases of the supports and the frame are rigidly coupled with the blocks of foundation bolts, which in turn are located in the foundation body.
EFFECT: increasing the reliability, maintainability and performance of the device.
