FIELD: electroplating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electroplating and can be used to form ceramic-like wear and heat-resistant, electrically insulating, corrosion-protective and decorative coatings on the surfaces of valve metals by plasma-electrolyte treatment, can be used in mechanical engineering and instrumentation, aviation, radio electronics and others industries. The device contains a power source with two terminals, an electrolyte bath with an electrolyte, a workpiece, two batteries of electric capacitors, six thyristors with six nodes for galvanic isolation of control circuits, a software-hardware mode control system. The first plates of batteries of electric capacitors are connected to the first terminal of the power source. The cathodes of the first, third and the anode of the second thyristors are connected to the second plate of the first battery of electric capacitors. The cathode of the fourth and anodes of the fifth and sixth thyristors are connected to the second plate of the second battery of electric capacitors. The anode of the first and the cathode of the sixth thyristors are connected to the second terminal of the power source and the body of the electrolyte bath filled with electrolyte. The cathodes of the second, fifth and anodes of the third, fourth thyristors are interconnected. The control transitions of the six thyristors are connected to the outputs of the six units of galvanic isolation of the control circuits, to the inputs of which the outputs of the software and hardware mode control system are connected, the first input of which is connected to the second plate of the first battery of electric capacitors, and the second input is connected to the second plate of the second battery of electric capacitors. The device is equipped with an electric current sensor and a vertical movement mechanism equipped with a stepper motor with a software and hardware control system. At the lower end of the vertical movement mechanism, an electrically insulating plate is installed with an electrically conductive plate fixed on it, on which the workpiece is fixed with the help of current leads. The electrically conductive plate is connected to the second output of the measuring circuit of the electric current sensor. The first output of the measuring circuit of the electric current sensor is connected to the cathodes of the second, fifth and anodes of the third, fourth thyristors. The output of the electric current sensor is connected to the input of the hardware-software control system of the stepper motor. The software and hardware control systems for the mode and the stepper motor are connected by a bidirectional serial information channel.
EFFECT: improving the quality of ceramic-like coatings and expanding the capabilities of the technology of plasma-electrolyte processing of products from valve metals and their alloys with a large surface area through the use of multi-mode processing and forced initiation of microdischarge ignition by changing the area of the treated surface at the beginning of the processing process.
