FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrochemistry, electroplating and is intended for formation of dielectric coatings by electrochemical oxidation. Device comprises keys, one pair of elements in current lead of oxidized part and bath, made with possibility of its filling with electrolyte for immersion of connected oxidized part into it, and bath, made with possibility of its electrolyte filling with current lead of oxidized part, and second pair of elements in current lead of oxidized part and bath. Said pairs of elements are connected in series in series, connected in chains relative to each other in antiphase. Current lead of the oxidized part of one pair of elements is connected to the current-supplied part of the oxidized part of the second pair of elements or the bath body of one pair of elements is connected to the bath body of the second pair of elements. Device has one pair of controllable keys. Each of the controlled switches is configured to be connected by one terminal to one of terminals of the voltage source, the second outputs of the switches are connected to each other. Connected second outputs of the switches are connected to the connection with each other in antiphase of the said pairs of elements.
EFFECT: when using the device, Vickers coating hardness is increased to 3,000 kg/mm2 or more, obtaining coatings with thickness of up to 450 mcm or more, obtaining coatings with low friction coefficient, up to 5⋅10-3 or less.
