FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, in particular to high-voltage technology, and can be used to create high-voltage transformers based on closed rod magnetic circuits with any manufacturing technology (imbricated, tape and pressed). The expected result is achieved by the fact that the magnetic core is fixed on a shielding metal plate with a cutout in which the second rod of the magnetic core is located with a lateral gap along the contour, while the inner plane of the second rod is buried relative to the plate, and the edge of the cutout is smoothed by a radius, also on the plate are U-shaped metal screens protecting yokes, each screen consists of two semi-cylindrical and cylindrical elements, the lower ends of the semi-cylindrical elements are fixed to the plate, the upper ends protrude above the outer surface of the first rod, a cylindrical element with a recess is horizontally mounted on these ends, the upper ends of the semi-cylinders are inserted into the recess until it stops, all the parts of the screens and the plate are mutually fastened using threaded connections.
EFFECT: increase in the manufacturability of the transformer screen system while maintaining the shielding efficiency.
