FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing plinabulin monohydrate, including combination of plinabulin and the first system of solvents to form the first mixture, where the specified first system of solvents contains ethanol, heating of the first mixture to a temperature from 50°C to 90°C until the complete dissolution of plinabulin, addition of water to the first mixture to obtain the second mixture, and cooling the second mixture to form a precipitate.
EFFECT: new production method is developed, which allows for producing plinabulin monohydrate.
