FIELD: headgear.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to helmets for cyclists and motorcyclists. The helmet has a headpiece, an underlying shock-absorbing attachment, an air filter, wherein the underlying shock-absorbing part is made partially or fully of perforated elastic tubes whereon tubes made of a filtering material are put in a "sleeve" manner, wherein the perforated tubes are blinded at one end and connected by the other end with the collector(s), connected by elastic hoses with the half-mask located on the face, wherein the helmet has an inlet and/or outlet air valve(s), and the headpiece in the front and anterolateral parts has slots for entry of incoming air. The slots have apparatus for adjusting the flow section.
EFFECT: creation of a helmet suitable for use by cyclists and motorcyclists.
