FIELD: manufacture of construction products from concrete mixes possessing decorative properties, for instance, such as facing tile, facing panel, decorative and functional members of the room interior possessing decorative properties, applicable mainly at facing of walls of buildings and structures both outside and inside the rooms. SUBSTANCE: decorative panel or tile, whose face surface is formed by hardening at least of cement with a plasticizer, has projections and/or cavities of not more than 100 μm, high or deep that are positioned on the face surface by rows, preferably by rectilinear ones, or adjacent projections and/or cavities staggered in them; at least in one of the rows the projections and/or cavities are made, respectively, of different height or depth and/or with a different cross-section area in the plane of the face surface. At least part of the sections of cavities or space between the projections may be filled with a material differing in color and/or composition from the color and/or composition of the face surface, and the face surface may be formed on the backing or the carrying layer of concrete or wood, or polymeric material preferably with high heat-insulating properties. Besides, the projections and/or cavities may have a tapered and/or spherical, and/or prismatic, and/or pyramidal shape. EFFECT: enhanced artistic expressiveness of decorative panel or tile with guarantee of its high operating properties, such as durability, mechanical strength and ecological safety. 4 cl, 7 dwg
