FIELD: birds landing on the elements of power lines prevention devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of devices that prevent birds from landing on the elements of power lines. The bird protection device contains a holder and an anti-attachment element made of rods having sections intended for fastening them to the holder. The holder is made in the form of a plate having a base and sockets designed for deformation-free placement of sections of the rods in them and fastening of the rods placed in the sockets with the base of the plate. The plate is made of a plastically deformable material, the coefficient of plastic deformation of which is selected from the condition of ensuring the rigid fastening of the rods to the base of the plate by rolling. In this case, the nest is formed by at least one deformed section of the plate with the possibility of placing the section of the rod between the surfaces of the deformed section of the plate and the base of the plate.

EFFECT: increasing manufacturability while reducing the cost of producing a bird protection device.
