SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of protective devices. The fastening unit is installed on the connection element of the insulator with the bearing element of the contact wire console. The fastening unit is made in the form of an elastic split clip (10) connected with the anti-attachment element (8) with an open hole, covering the insulator connection element due to its own elasticity after installation of the fastening unit (9) with the anti-attachment element (8). The clip (10) of the fastening unit is provided with at least one connecting protrusion (11), with the help of which the anti-attachment element (8) is connected to the fastening unit (9), as well as a mounting element made with the possibility of its connection with an insulated mounting rod when installation of the bird protection device on the communication element by the operator manually.

EFFECT: simplification of installation and removal of the device, as well as expansion of the model range due to the possibility of fastening various anti-additive elements to the unit, both in size and shape.
