SUBSTANCE: invention relates to route network management tools. The system contains an automated workplace (1) of the passenger car fleet management system, a car model generator (2), a block (3) for entering information about new cars, a block (4) for deleting information about cars from the fleet, a block (5) for determining the number and formation list of wagons not subject to repair, block (6) for generating a plan for repairing wagons, block (7) for memory with a regulatory data base, block (8) for forming wagons by groups, block (9) for calculating the maximum possible use of rolling stock in trains, wagon turnover and location, block (10) for generating train schedules, block (11) for generating a list of direct and trailer cars, block (12) for calculating the optimal use of the wagon fleet and generating preliminary train schemes, block (13) for analyzing the transportation of past periods, block (14) for storing information on the rates for allocating service places, block ( 15) formation of the final schemes of trains, block (16) for the formation of the final plan for the repair of cars, block (17) for the coordination and approval of the final schemes of trains, block (18) for the formation of a list of trains indicating the frequency and composition, block (19) for transmitting data for operational work, block (20) for calculating car turnover and turnover, block (21) for calculating the cost of payment for services, block (22) for generating a plan for income from passenger transportation, block (23) for generating final budget data.
