FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport and can be used for processing of railway traffic data. Proposed complex comprises car number read system, data processing and transmission system, car number identification system, system of data centralised collection, transmission and storage, and computer-aided workstation. Car number read system is composed of two supports arranged on track both sides for TV cameras and illuminators as well as car location transducers to be mounted thereat. Said data processing and transmission system is connected with car number read system and equipped with local server, controller and data transmission module. Car number identification system is connected with data processing and transmission system and incorporated video server, car read program modules, video capture modules, car identification modules, operating video data archive and archive of trains, all being arranged at every read point. Said system of data centralised collection, transmission and storage consists on accumulation modules and central control server connected with read and identification systems via Ethernet network and equipped with program module of integration with enterprise. Said computer-aided workstation comprises complex monitoring program module and read system program module.
