SUBSTANCE: system for planning the passage of trains during the repair of a track section contains sensors of the current state of the track, an information transmission unit, a unit for cleaning and filtering transmitted data, a unit for receiving data of the “УРРАН” system, a unit for receiving data of the “ЕК АСУ” system, system for assessing and predicting the state of infrastructure facilities, a server, a unit for generating an approved window plan, a unit for transmitting information to a mechanized mobile enterprise and a unit for generating repair technology. Server output is connected to series-connected unit for generating the approved window plan, a unit for transmitting information to a mechanized mobile enterprise and a unit for generating repair technology. Inputs of the server are inputs of the intelligent point-rating evaluation unit, to which the outputs of the unit for cleaning and filtering transmitted data, the unit for receiving data of the “УРРАН” system and the unit for receiving data of the “ЕК АСУ” system and the system for assessing and predicting the state of infrastructure facilities are connected, respectively.
