FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, namely to winding technology, and is intended for automatic winding of wire or filamentous material on the base of the coil. The automatic coil winding installation contains a tensioner assembly, a spreader assembly, and a counter for the number of turns. The installation includes two asynchronous motors controlled by frequency converters, driven and master, with gearboxes. The base of the wound coil is fixed on the drive motor gearbox shaft and an optical angular position sensor is placed, to the output of which the input of the counter of the number of turns is connected. The frequency of rotation of the shaft of the gearbox of the leading engine is set by the user, and the frequency of rotation of the shaft of the gearbox of the driven engine, where the coil is fixed, is regulated by the angle sensor of the tensioner assembly lever. The automatic coil winding unit can operate in reverse mode.
EFFECT: ensuring automatic uniform winding of wire or filamentous material on the base of the coil.
