FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: pickup of winding machine consists of cross bar secured on machine parallel to axis of winding drum rotation; cross bar consists of lead screw and guides. The pickup is equipped with a carriage performing reverse motions along the cross bar and with a mechanism for row-by-row layng of coils; this mechanism contains an element fixing wound wire at surface of winding; the pickup also is equipped with a roller device of wire supply. The carriage of the pickup corresponds to a platform whereon there are mounted the wire supply roller device, a take-up block, a motor-reducer and the mechanism of row-by-row laying of coils connected to the motor-reducer. The mechanism of row-by-row laying of coils is designed to perform an angular turn on the axis of the output shaft of the motor-reducer in rotation plane perpendicular to the cross bar; also the mechanism has tracking pulleys, a linear actuator with a controlled movable rod and a manipulator. The manipulator consists of a bracket, rocker-arm and lever; notably, one end of the lever has the element fixing wound wire, while another end of the lever is rigidly fixed in the middle part of the rocker arm. One arm of the rocker-arm is connected with the rod of the linear actuator, while another is hinged to one end of the movable bracket, the other end of which is secured on the output shaft of the motor-reducer with one degree of freedom.

EFFECT: reduced weight of winding machine and improved quality of winding.
