FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises a facility for even application of a lubricant material onto walls of an old pipeline installed upstream a pipe-breaking working tool on a traction element. The facility for application of a lubricant material comprises a base, a hose with a nozzle, a gear with a cylindrical brush, a bearing and an electric motor. The pipe-breaking working tool is connected with a new pipeline by means of a sleeve and is made in the form of a conical expander and a cylindrical body with a vibrator installed in it. A disc knife is installed on an expander. Behind the pipe-breaking working tool there is a facility installed, being connected with a rope, for vibration of the new pipeline made in the form of an axis with a collar and two spacers with rear vibrators installed on their inner surface. Each of spacers is connected as capable of radial displacement with front and rear levers, which with other ends are connected with front and rear bushings installed on the axis. One of bushings is installed near an electromagnetic coil with the possibility of axial displacement along the axis and is spring-loaded.
EFFECT: reduced necessary traction forces.
