SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely abdominal surgery, oncology. After the resection stage, a gastric tube with a length of 10-12 cm is formed. Next, a segment of the jejunum is cut out on the third pair of intestinal arteries, retreating 30 cm from the ligament of the Treitz. Next, the segment of the intestine on the feeding leg is transferred to the upper floor of the abdominal cavity behind the rim through a pre-formed window into the mesocolon. Then the integrity of the jejunum is restored by a single-row “end to end” anastomosis, after which digestive anastomoses are alternately formed: single-row jejunogastric and esophagojejunal anastomosis.

EFFECT: method provides the unhindered flow of food into the underlying departments of the gastrointestinal tract and prevents the casting of gastric and intestinal contents into the esophagus, avoids the tension of the anastomosed organs with small sizes of the stomach stump or after high resection of the esophagus.
