FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to abdominal surgery. Jejunum is transected with its mesentery in two places on the third pair of intestinal arteries, thus forming a segment of jejunum on a feeding stem with length of 40–45 cm. Formed jejunum segment on a feeding pedicle is transferred into a remote gastric cavity in a post-cavity manner through a pre-formed window in mesacolon. Jejunum integrity is restored by the one-row "end-to-end" anastomosis. Segment of a jejunum is divided into two symmetrical fragments; at that, its mesentery is separated incompletely with retention of a vascular pedicle. Isoperistaltic enteric reservoir is formed from two obtained fragments by forming an anastomosis "side-by-side" with length of not less than 10 cm by opening a lumen of the proximal portion of the distal fragment and a distal portion of the proximal fragment, followed by forming an anastomosis with a single-row continuous suture. Two-row jejunoduodenoanastomosis and a single-line oesophagoenteroanastomosis are formed.

EFFECT: method enables reducing the risk of duodenal reflux in the postoperative period while reducing the risk of intra- and postoperative complications associated with intestinal segment necrosis.
