FIELD: medicine; abdominal surgery.

SUBSTANCE: disconnection of the interintestinal anastomosis is performed, the efflux loop of the esophagojejunostomy (EJA) is crossed at a distance of 25 cm distal from it and connected to the stump of the duodenum by a two-row anastomosis end-to-end, the afferent loop is crossed below the EJA at a distance of 15 cm and the 10 cm section is connected to the efferent colon with a single-row continuous with a side-to-side suture, forming an isoantiperistaltic intestinal reservoir, after which the continuity of the small intestine is restored, connecting the leading and abducting section by the anastomosis end-to-end, without separating the esophago-small intestinal anastomosis.

EFFECT: method is aimed at reducing the clinical manifestations of diseases of stomach subjected to surgery, creating conditions for deposition of food in the intestinal reservoir, slowing down its passage into the duodenum and through the intestines, and the reverse reflux of bile into the oesophagus.
