SUBSTANCE: invention relates to building, namely, to methods for passing a reinforcing element into a channel when stretching reinforcement over concrete. The method is implemented as follows. Prior to passing, a torus made of rubberised fabric is installed in the channel, provided with covers interconnected by a rod, wherein a flexible element is attached to one of said covers, and the head part of the flexible reinforcement element is attached to the end thereof. The flexible reinforcement element is passed by supplying air into the central hole of the torus through the hole made in the cover, so that the torus can be turned from the inside out and the flexible element with the attached reinforcement element be passed.
EFFECT: ensured passing of reinforcing elements into channels.
