SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is related to production of prestressed reinforced concrete, namely to removal of a channel former before installing a reinforcing element. According to the first embodiment, the method of removing a channel former from concrete involves introducing a burner into the channel former. Using a cable, the burner is moved at a speed that allows firing of the channel-forming material, made of low-density high-pressure polyethylene, to the point of formation of drops or ash, which are removed from the channel formed in the concrete under the pressure of supplied air. According to the second option, the method of removing a channel former from concrete involves pumping, using a pumping station, a solution that dissolves the material that makes up the channel former. The channel former can be made of polyacrylate, polyamide or polyurethane. In this case, polyacrylate is dissolved in dichloroethane, polyamide is dissolved in sulfuric acid and phenol, and polyurethane is dissolved in cold acetic acid.
EFFECT: increase of efficiency of removing channel formers from concrete.
