SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, specifically to the production of genetically engineered therapeutic drugs; it can be used in medicine for increasing the level of expression of a target gene ANG in a human and animal organism. A DNA vector GDTT1.8NAS12-ANG is constructed with a size of 3033 bps, with a nucleotide sequence SEQ ID NO:1 and the general structure represented in the fig.1A.
EFFECT: invention provides for the achievement of a therapeutic effect by administration of a genetically therapeutic DNA vector with a target gene of angiogenin to cells of an animal and human organism, characterized by reduced or insufficient expression of protein encoded by this gene.
