SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing feed with an organic coating for pets using clay minerals and organic substances. A method is proposed for producing granules of pet food, such as dogs and cats, using clay minerals and organic substances, including: a stage of pretreatment of the mineral, consisting in providing, grinding and firing a clay mineral, including macsumsuk, which is a rock belonging to quartz porphyry, related to volcanic rocks, to obtain mineral powder; the stage of pretreatment of shells, such as oyster shells and abalone shells, consisting in providing, washing, grinding and firing the shell to obtain shell powder; the mixing stage, consisting in providing magnesium, rice bran, rice germ and extract used in oriental medicine, mixing said magnesium, rice bran, rice germ and extract used in oriental medicine, with the specified mineral powder and the specified shell powder and mixing the resulting mixture to obtain a liquid colloidal suspension; a molding stage consisting of spraying the specified liquid colloidal suspension obtained at the mixing stage into a granulator having an internal temperature of 130 to 400°C, at a high injection pressure of 14.0 to 20.0 kg/cm2 to produce granules hollow inside and having a porous surface; and a cooling stage consisting of cooling the molded granules; moreover, the extract used in oriental medicine is obtained by mixing Glycyrrhiza uralensis, Sophora flavescens and Morus alba leaf powders in a mass ratio of 1:1:2, followed by the addition of enzymatic broth in an amount 2-3 times greater than the mass of the mixture, heating the resulting mixture for 6 hours and removing solids, where the enzymatic broth is obtained by means of the blanching stage, consisting in mixing Solanum melongena leaves with water, blanching Solanum melongena leaves and separating the solid to obtain the primary liquid phase, the primary immersion stage, consisting of adding the leaves of Youngia japonica and the leaves of Erigeron annuus to the primary liquid phase, conducting immersion at room temperature for 120 minutes and separating the solid to obtain a secondary liquid phase, and the fermentation stage, consisting of fermentation of the secondary liquid phase for 36-48 hours to obtain enzymatic broth.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain feed with a lower odor and high preference due to the use of macsumsuk and extracts used in oriental medicine, and people living in the same living room with pets almost do not feel the unpleasant smell of feed.
