FIELD: sports equipment.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to apparatuses and devices for physical exercises, namely to training devices for the development and strengthening of muscles or joints by exercises to overcome counteracting forces, and can be used to perform such basic physical exercise as pull-up. To achieve the expected result, a group of sports equipment is proposed (2 variants). According to the first variant, the sports apparatus contains a frame movably fixed vertically on a horizontal surface, equipped with a regulator of its angle of inclination in the frontal plane relative to its flat part with the possibility of rigid fixation of the frame position, while a panel covering the frame opening is fixed on the frame. According to the second variant, the sports apparatus contains a frame fixed vertically, at least on a horizontal surface, equipped with a rigid fastening, while a panel covering the frame opening is fixed on the frame.

EFFECT: ensuring the possibility of creating maximum loads when performing pull-ups by force, excluding body rocking and limiting the protrusion of the human forearms forward beyond the grip point in the vertical plane.
