EFFECT: expansion of operational capabilities, consisting in efficient implementation of economical, optimal and uniform distribution and scattering of light from light signal sources along illuminated perimeter of device with increase in its visibility and possibility of its use, as well as optimum increase in the adhesion characteristics of its fixation on the working surface with inclination from 0° to 180°, as well as in mitigation of shocks when using the device and longer service life.
