FIELD: gold mining industry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the gold mining industry, in particular to equipment for the enrichment of minerals by the gravitational method. The stencil of the sluice of the device for enrichment of precious metals contains side walls with corrugations installed transversely and flow direction strips placed on them. The side walls of the stencil are made with an inclination from the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the stencil at an angle relative to the horizontal plane from 90° to 110°, mostly 100°. Rifles are made of a longitudinally curved metal profile containing three steps. The first stage is made at an angle of 60° to 80°, mainly 70° relative to the horizontal plane of the stencil in the direction of the movement of the pulp. The second stage is made parallel to the horizontal plane of the stencil in the direction of the movement of the pulp. The third step is made parallel to the first step upwards at an angle of 60° to 80°, mostly 70° relative to the horizontal plane of the stencil. On the corrugations mounted in a checkerboard pattern in several rows along the length of the stencil, the flow direction strips connecting the said corrugations in pairs. Odd rows of flow direction bars are mounted on corrugations at a negative angle of inclination to the corrugations at the stop point from -25° to -45°, mainly -35°, and even rows of flow direction bars are mounted on the corrugations at a positive angle of inclination to the corrugations at the stop point from 25° to 45°, mostly 35°. The last row of the mentioned planks connects the last corrugation and the plate limiting the stencil. Even rows of flow direction slats between them connect the extreme corrugations of the corrugation rows.
EFFECT: increase in the recovery factor of precious metals.
