FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely ophthalmology. 2-6 radial incisions are made in the corneal stroma in an annular zone with an outer diameter of 8-11 mm, an inner diameter of 5-6.5 mm, a length equal to the width of the annular zone, a depth equal to the entire thickness of the cornea at the site of the incisions, with a distance of 60 microns from the anterior surface of the cornea, using a “FemtoVizum” femtosecond laser at the following parameters: wavelength 1030-1040 nm, pulse duration 300-400 fs, pulse repetition rate 1 MHz, pulse energy 500-1000 NJ, focusing spot size 1.5-2 microns, maximum processing diameter 10.5 mm. In this case, incisions are made in the upper segment of the cornea; using the above femtosecond laser with the same parameters, a corneal tunnel is formed, it is opened mechanically, forming a pocket into which a corneal segment of polymethylmethacrylate with an arc length of 160 degrees is implanted into the lower half of the cornea. After applying radial incisions, they are opened mechanically, riboflavin is instilled into the incisions, complete de-epithelialization of the cornea is performed and UV crosslinking is performed.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to neutralize postoperative complications, reduce the refractive effect.
