SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and namely to ophthalmology. Corneal studies are performed using computerized keratotopography and keratopachymetry. If a symmetrical form of keratectasia is detected in combination with thinning of the cornea at the apex of the cone, the patient undergoes femtolaser refractive autokeratoplasty (FRAC) using the formula for personalized calculation of the parameters of corneal femtoresection. When an asymmetric form of keratectasia is detected as well as an asymmetric form of keratectasia with the localization of the apex of the keratoconus outside the optical zone in combination with a displacement of the thinning zone of the cornea to the lower outer segment, the patient undergoes femtolaser intrastromal keratoplasty with the implantation of the corneal segment under the control of the digital marker “Verion Digital Marker”.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to make a reasonable choice of an effective method of surgical treatment of stage II keratoconus on the basis of keratotopography and keratopachymetry data.
