FIELD: vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method for manufacturing a vulcanised elastomeric compound for tyres, to a vulcanised elastomeric compound, a tyre component containing the vulcanised compound, and a tyre for vehicle wheels. Claimed method for manufacturing a vulcanised elastomeric compound for tyres is characterised by the use of a vulcanisation-activating filler and the methods for adding additives, specifically a compatibilising agent, occuring only after the reaction between the zinc-containing activating filler and a fatty acid is complete.
EFFECT: production of compounds with a low content of zinc and, therefore, reduction in the amount of zinc released from tyres during operation at the level of the surroundings.
