FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vulcanizable elastomeric compositions for tire components comprising modified silicate fibers as fillers. Vulcanizable elastomer composition contains, in weight percents relative to resin: 100 – diene elastomeric polymer, 1–80 – modified nanosized silicate fibers with acicular morphology containing 3.8–12.00 % by weight of magnesium in relation to the weight of the fibers, 0–120 – standard reinforcing filler, 0.1–15.00 – vulcanizing agent, 0–20 – binding agent.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to improve the static and dynamic mechanical properties, especially to lower the hysteresis, the tires as per invention have a reduced rolling resistance.
