FIELD: heating appliances. SUBSTANCE: compound contains in its composition particles of electricity conducting material and particles of insulating material all distributed in polymeric binder. Conducting material is composed of chromium silicide, manganese silicide, ferrosilicide, chromium nitride, or their mixtures. Insulating material is composed of polymeric binder, conducting substance, and insulating substance. Conducting material is applied to substrate and provided with terminal leads. Then substrate is heated to 100 C, held for 0.5 h at this temperature, heated from 100 to 300 C, and held at this temperature for about two hours.
