FIELD: cable car installations.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for recording the wear of a cable roller of a cable car installation. According to the method for recording the wear of at least one rope roller (4) of a cable car installation (1), having a traction rope (3) that is guided through the specified at least one rope roller (4), and having at least one sensor (10 ) of the rope, the sensor is placed in a known position relative to the rope roller (4) and with it the distance (A) between the traction rope (3) and the rope sensor (10) is recorded. In this case, the distance (A) is measured in the stopped state of the cable car installation (1), and from this measured distance (A) in the stopped state, a conclusion is made about the wear of the said at least one rope roller (4).
EFFECT: recognition of wear of the rope roller of the ropeway installation is improved, the reliability of its operation is increased.
