SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a wireless communication system and to a method for setting a resource of transmission via an uplink control channel in a mobile communication system of a next generation, in particular in 5G communication system. The method includes the identification of the first format of a physical uplink control channel (hereinafter – PUCCH) for the reception acknowledgement/negative acknowledgement (hereinafter – ACK/NACK) and the second PUCCH format for a service request (hereinafter – SR), identification of that ACK/NACK transmission and SR transmission are overlapped at a time interval, transmission to a base station of ACK/NACK at a time interval, when the first PUCCH format is PUCCH format 0, and transmission to the base station of ACK/NACK without SR at a time interval, when the first PUCCH format is PUCCH format 1, and the second PUCCH format is PUCCH format 0.

EFFECT: providing the flexibility via control channels by the transmission of a downlink control channel in a specific frequency sub-band without the transmission via the entire frequency band of a system.
