FIELD: polymers.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to two-component compositions based on epoxy resins and a hardener, intended for producing anticorrosive coatings of pipelines and shutoff valving. Proposed is a composition formed by the combination of component A, constituting an epoxy resin, and component B, constituting a hardener, with the volume ratio thereof of 1:1. As a hardener, the composition contains a mixture at the following ratio, wt.%: 29 to 32 polyethylene polyamine, 14 to 17 dibutyl phthalate, 3 to 5 titanium dioxide, 38 to 44 microcalcite, and 10 to 14 silicon dioxide.
EFFECT: creation of a polymer composition for an anticorrosive coating, characterised by high thixotropic properties and the possibility of using a unit for simultaneously mixing and applying the two-component composition on the inner surface of pipelines; invention allows for an increase in the water resistance, resistance of the coating to the effect of acids and alkalis, and adhesion of the composition to metal surfaces.
