The composition for isolating rocks and waste from external influences contains components in the following ratio, wt.%: cement 20.0 - 50.0, acetic acid 1.0 - 10.0, cellulose-dispersible polymer hydroxyethyl methylcellulose CAS 9004-32-4 0 ,1–10.0, synthetic fiber 0.2 - 30.0, iron oxide pigment 1.0 - 20.0, water - the rest.
