FIELD: mining industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mining industry and can be used for batch sorting of ore mass. The method includes the formation of batches of ore mass of variable content of the useful component within the volume of the loader bucket, the evaluation of the content of the useful component of batches on the sorting unit, made with the possibility of moving and analyzing the ore mass with separation into conditioned and non-conditioned ore mass in comparison with the threshold value of the content of the useful component, calculated based on the requirements of the technology of the concentrator. Then the addressing of batches determined using an X-ray radiometric analyzer is carried out, according to the content of the useful component above the threshold value, the ore is conditioned, below the threshold value, the ore is non-conditioned. At the same time, the conditioned batch is sent to factory processing, and the non-conditioned batch is sent to the laying of the developed space of the mining chambers.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at improving the efficiency of batch sorting by feeding a non-averaged portion of ore mass to sorting, reducing the degree of dilution of ore mass, stabilizing the quality of ore mass sent to factory enrichment.
