MOBILE SOIL THROWER Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC A62C27/00

Abstract RU 2775141 C1

FIELD: forest management.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices designed for laying protective mineralized strips, as well as extinguishing surface fires with soil, especially in anhydrous woodlands. The mobile soil thrower contains a working body with throwers, a control drive for the working body, a guide casing and a mechanism for returning to the starting position, while the working body is made in the form of blades mounted on a throwing disc and rotated relative to its radius in the direction of rotation at an angle β equal to 0-90 °, the throwing disc is mounted on the screw shaft for feeding soil at its proximal end and is closed by a guide casing made with the possibility of rotation in the plane of rotation of the working body. The soil thrower is equipped with a mechanism for reducing the depth of the recess, consisting of a carcass, legs pivotally mounted in the eyelets, and a plate, sequentially located at the distal end of the screw shaft while the carcass is rigidly connected to the screw shaft and removable knives are installed on it, the legs are rotatable in a vertical plane relative to the eyelets rigidly attached to the screw shaft, and the rotation of the legs is limited by the carcass, the plate is made with the possibility of moving vertically upwards along the guides rigidly connected to the screw shaft, as a result of turning the legs inward to the screw shaft, in this case, the distal end of the screw shaft is made in the form of a cone.

EFFECT: this device makes it possible to increase the efficiency of work on the creation of protective mineralized strips, extinguishing surface fires with soil, as well as to reduce the depth of the formed recesses in the treated surface.
