SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of computer technology, in particular to a system of a centralized directory of reference client data and a method for combining client data from accounting systems. The system of the centralized directory of reference client records contains: a subsystem for collecting primary client records from information systems, made with the possibility of storage of at least one primary client record in an unchangeable form in a database; a subsystem for preprocessing and validating primary client records, made with the possibility of validation of details of at least one primary client record, according to predefined rules; a subsystem for searching for duplicate client records and generating client reference records, made with the possibility of search for duplicate client records and generation of client reference records, according to predefined rules, a subsystem for distributing changes of client reference records to subscriber systems, made with the possibility of generation of notifications for each record to a client upon the creation or updating of client records and filtration of a distribution flow, depending on predetermined criteria; a database made with the possibility of storage of at least one primary client record in an unchangeable form, as well as reference client records and the history of primary records.

EFFECT: provision of the consolidation of data on corporate clients from various information systems-sources of a bank, centralized storage, maintenance of reliable, up-to-date and consistent information and its further operational distribution.
