FIELD: computer technology.

SUBSTANCE: method for update of data of a single client’s profile (hereinafter – SCP) is disclosed, implemented by at least one computing device, containing stages, at which: a request for saving client’s personal data (hereinafter – PD) in SCP is received from PD source; client’s PD is checked for compliance with the specified requirements and PD standardization; a status of client’s PD is assigned, indicating, whether PD is verified, or characterizing a level of trust to client’s PD based on a reliability marker contained in the request, or based on a level of trust to a data source; a type of client’s PD is determined; SCP is searched in SCP database; it is determined that client’s PD of this type has already been stored in the found SCP; it is determined, whether PD of this type is unique; a status of client’s PD stored in the found SCP is determined; the status of client’s PD received in the mentioned request is compared with the status of client’s PD saved in the found SCP; based on the results of comparison of statuses of client’s PD, client’s PD in SCP is updated.

EFFECT: provision of a possibility of update of SCP, taking into account a status of client’s personal data and its type.
