FIELD: multistage positive displacement pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to multistage positive displacement pumps of the vane type, which can be used to lift fluid from oil wells. The pump consists of stages. Each stage contains a rotor, a stator, separating plates connected by a synchronizing ring, a lower cover 16 and an upper cover, butt joints of the covers of adjacent stages to form an annular cavity. In the annular cavity on the cover 16 at the edges there are two diametrically concentric protrusions 19 and 20, which are covered by the inner diametrical surfaces of the sleeve 21 and protrusion 22 of the upper cover of the adjacent stage to prevent fluid leakage through the gaps. Between the cover 16 and the top cover there is a spacer spring 32, which prevents the cover 16 from moving axially during pump operation. Separating plates in the area of contact with the metal synchronizing ring are equipped with inserts made of metal with a hardness less than the plate base, and with the same hardness as the synchronizing ring.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at improving the reliability of the pump, increasing the generated pressure and efficiency.
